1. Who we are

“Do” (the app) is published by xiaoyehua (the developer, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Do app and this website.

2. What Do is

Do is an iOS + watchOS journaling app for recording intimate moments, offered through the Apple App Store. Most of the app works entirely on your device; some features use your own iCloud account, and subscriptions are managed by Apple.

3. Using the app

You can use Do for free. Some features (“Premium”) require a subscription managed by Apple through StoreKit. Subscription terms — price, renewal, and cancellation — are set by Apple and shown in the App Store before you subscribe. We do not process your payment and we cannot process refunds; use Apple’s Report a Problem page for refund requests.

4. Your content

Everything you record in Do stays with you. We don’t claim any rights over the records, notes, or media you create. You are responsible for the content you save; please don’t use Do to store content that is illegal where you live.

5. Privacy and data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we don’t collect analytics, tracking, or personal data on our servers. If you turn on iCloud sync, your records live in your own iCloud private database.

6. Age

Do is intended for adults. The App Store age rating is 17+. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the app.

7. Limits on our liability

Do is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Do — including any data loss caused by circumstances outside our control (for example, an iCloud outage). Please keep backups of records that matter to you; Do includes an export feature for exactly this reason.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes in a material way. If we do, the date at the top of this page updates and the new text replaces the old. Continued use of Do after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using Do at any time by deleting the app. We may stop providing the service, in whole or in part, if required by law or because of circumstances that make it unreasonable to continue. If we do, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let existing users export their data first.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where xiaoyehua primarily operates. Disputes that can’t be resolved through direct conversation should be raised at support@xiaoyehua.dev before any legal action.
