Common questions

  • How do I restore my subscription?
    In the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
  • iCloud sync isn't working.
    Open Settings → iCloud inside Do and confirm iCloud is enabled. If records are missing, the app offers a Data Recovery screen automatically when it detects an inconsistency.
  • My Apple Watch isn't connecting.
    Do tries several connection paths automatically. Make sure both apps are up to date, your Watch is paired, and Bluetooth is on. If it still fails, relaunch both apps.
  • How do I back up or move my data?
    Settings → Data Backup exports a .dobackup file. Import it on another device and choose merge or replace.
  • What versions are supported?
    iOS 17 and later, watchOS 10 and later.
